A digital photo frame is the hi-tech way of displaying your pictures. Having a digital camera or a phone with a camera is common now, and with that resource people frequently take as much pictures as they can. A digital photo frame is a good solution of displaying these life stills. Its primary aim is to display the pictures stored from several memory cards, either from your camera, phone or on its built in memory.
Here are the 5 important factors to consider before buying one:
1.Quality.The quality of the image being displayed. The main role of a digital photo frame is to display images.Three factors to be considered are pixel, resolution and display area. The bigger the screen, the higher resolution it needs to get the desired image. Other points to consider for quality are the options for adjusting brightness, color accuracy and viewing angle.
2.Size Matters
Determine what size of viewing screen you prefer. It can vary from 1 or 2 inches up to 19 inches wide TV-like frames. The bigger the screen the bigger it will cost you.
3.Add-ons. Almost all digital photo frames offers extra features to ease the usage of this gadget. Each have a different capacity on the photos that can be displayed, some even have the multiple display capacity thru slide show. Others have timers, clock, or can even play music and videos. A few brands change the picture orientation, resize pictures to fit the screen, zoom capability or even allows image manipulation. The more advanced it gets, the more it will cost you.
4.Price.Different brands and product specs produce diverse price range for digital photo frames so you may want to set a particular range on how much are you willing to spend.
5.Technical aspects. You should also note the technical aspects of the product:what type of files are supported, what is the power source, where will be the images stored, what types of image files are supported…
So when you are about to pick a digital frame, don’t just base your selection on graphic design or color. It will cost you money so be smart and decide well.

I got a Pandigital 10.4″ frame for a gift last year. It’s 1024×768 resolution and pictures look awesome on it. It’s definitely my favorite out of 3 frames I have. I’m a little sad it doesn’t have WiFi (haven’t found a good affordable WiFi frame yet), but it just means every few months I download my Flickr favorites to the SD card and pop it back in. I’m curious about their newer models, looks like they’ve integrated a touchscreen and it’s even cheaper: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00187C19M
My ultimate wish for a digital frame is one that pulls pictures wirelessly from an RSS feed without requiring any weird subscription services.
great post !!!!!!!
Weary nice and useful.Thanks!
