Here are a few “superfoods” that are out there these days: Garlic, Broccoli, Tomatoes & Spinach I like all these! I love tomatoes in the summer and I eat more vegetables in the summer than any other season. They are the best when in season.
I am sure that I am healthier in the summer than any other season. I know I eat healthier foods and I am more active. I suppose I should take some kind of supplements in the other seasons when I don’t get the fresh veggies. I looked at some Decaslim reviews and realized they have the superfoods that I love mixed right into a pill. I know it would taste as good as a fresh tomato but the benefits would be there!
I think just taking it as a suppliment to a healthy diet could be a good thing, along with exercise.
